Tool-free filter cloth change – fast, safe, reproducible

With ^JVK® ^SnapFit® you can change filter cloths in minutes instead of hours. The system guides the cloth into the holding groove in a defined manner, prevents creasing and ensures tight, reproducible positioning – ideal for product changes, high availability requirements and tight maintenance windows.

Functional Principle

Specially shaped ^SnapFit® profiles on the panel and fabric interlock positively. When inserted, the fabric “snaps” into the retaining groove, the edge seal remains flat and the inlet remains free. This prevents leakage paths and reduces rework.

Press types: including Metso/SALA, Ishigaki, Andritz, Diemme, MM and customer-specific designs
Plate types: Chamber plate, membrane chamber plate (MRP), membrane combination plate (MCP)
Materials: PP/PVDF sheets; wipes made of PP, PES, PA – adapted to medium, temperature and pH
