JVK® supplies filter elements (combination and membrane filter plates) for new and existing filter presses – precisely matched to the existing plate geometry and designed for a long service life, reliable sealing and short cycle times. Whether mining, chemicals, ceramics or environmental technology: our filter elements are tailored to the process conditions such as pressure, temperature, medium and pH value.

Materials & design

- Target parameters: defined cake thickness, short cycle times, low residual moisture

Are JVK replacement membranes compatible with Metso/SALA and Ishigaki?
Yes, we supply custom-fit diaphragms for both types as well as other presses.

TPE, EPDM, NBR – depending on medium, temperature and pH. Plate body in PP or PVDF.
