Personal data (hereinafter mostly referred to as “data”) is only processed by us to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its content and the services offered there.

According to Art. 4 No. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter only “GDPR”), “processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

IV. Used services and tools from third-party providers

1. Newsletter

If the newsletter of our company is subscribed to, the data in the respective input mask will be transmitted to the controller. The registration to our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can register with someone else’s e-mail address. When registering for the newsletter, the IP address of the user as well as the date and time of registration are stored. This serves to prevent misuse of the services or the e-mail address of the data subject. The data will not be passed on to third parties. An exception exists if there is a legal obligation to pass on the data. The data will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter. The subscription to the newsletter can be cancelled by the data subject at any time. Likewise, the consent to the storage of personal data can be revoked at any time. For this purpose, there is a corresponding link in every newsletter. The legal basis for the processing of the data after registration for the newsletter by the user is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR if the user has given his consent. The legal basis for sending the newsletter as a result of the sale of goods or services is § 7 para. 3 UWG.

1.1 Use of rapidmail

Description and purpose: We use rapidmail for sending newsletters. The provider is Positive Group Deutschland GmbH, Wentzingerstraße 21, 79106 Freiburg, Germany. Rapidmail is used, among other things, to organise and analyse the sending of newsletters. The data you enter for the purpose of receiving the newsletter is stored on rapidmail’s servers in Germany. If you do not want an analysis by rapidmail, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. For the purpose of analysis, the e-mails sent with rapidmail contain a so-called tracking pixel, which connects to rapidmail’s servers when the e-mail is opened. In this way, it can be determined whether a newsletter message has been opened. Furthermore, we can use rapidmail to determine whether and which links in the newsletter message are clicked. Optionally, links in the e-mail can be set as tracking links with which your clicks can be counted.

Legal basis: The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

Recipient: The recipient of the data is Positive Group Deutschland GmbH.

Transfer to third countries: The data is not transferred to third countries.

Duration: The data stored by us on the basis of your consent for the purpose of the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from both our servers and rapidmail’s servers after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remain unaffected by this.

Possibility of revocation: You have the possibility to revoke your consent to data processing with effect for the future at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

Further data protection information: For more information, please refer to rapidmail’s data security information at: https://www.rapidmail.de/datensicherheit. For more information on the analysis functions of rapidmail, please refer to the following link: https://www.rapidmail.de/hilfe

Laboratory Filter Press Configurator

JVK SnapFit®

Screwless and non-destructive "SNAP" connection

Inspired by applications outside the industry, this fastening technique finds its place in filtration. This simple mounting option significantly reduces working times. The screwless assembly also prevents screws from falling into the filter cake trough. For example, an overhang cloth can be changed quickly and easily at the turbidity bore in the filter press using a ring remover and rubber hammer.

Through the connection with the JVK SnapFit®, the attachments are pre-assembled with sufficient holding force, ensuring they remain firmly connected during the transport of the filter elements. The attachments are fully fixed and sealed to the filter plate by the closing force of the filter press.

The ring remover (JVK utility model) is also a JVK development, specifically designed to release rings fastened with the JVK SnapFit® and safely remove them from the filter press area.
